The SEM Lead is responsible for leading the success of clients’ online marketing programs by providing thought leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, building strong relationships, and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members. The SEM Lead is analytical and uses problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives
Key Responsibilities
Interfaces with other leads, sharing ideas, communicating service offerings, identifying, and delivering new solutions for clients
Directs and manages the daily workflow of all client programs, including initiation and management of projects across departments
Creates and executes digital account strategies and plans for each client
Understands multi-channel optimization best practices and articulates knowledge and client deliverables effectively
Provides excellent communication across tools (teams, email, virtual meetings, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in SEM platforms and full understanding and management of the most important buying platforms
Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in advertising.
Good English communication level C1 and above
Full understanding, management, and experience of at least 3 of the most important media buying platforms and reporting functions, such as Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Bing, Campaign Manager
Google Marketing Platforms Certifications required
