360Training is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our Acquisition and Media team to create and manage paid campaigns across our digital marketing platforms.
Shift Timings: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM - Hybrid Model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and grow paid campaigns primarily with PPC Search Ads in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
- Analyze and report on campaign progress with in-depth analysis of key metrics
- Create action items for continued optimization and growth
- Hit growth targets through keyword and campaign expansion
- Hit ROAS and ROI targets through continuous campaign optimization
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple campaign types (e.g. Search, Display, Video, Social, Remarketing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Proven track record of successful paid campaign management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and project management skills
- Understanding of reporting and analytics tools and nomenclature
