Salary: $700 per month + commissions on sales

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge
Conduct client presentations and deliver compelling sales pitches to secure deals
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation and engagement strategies
Create and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and growth
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-sale

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of closing deals
Deep understanding of marketing strategies, lead generation, and digital marketing tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and negotiate with clients effectively
Ability to develop and implement growth strategies that align with business goals
Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to assess market opportunities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or tech industries
Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy
Bilingual is a plus
