- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to handle negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work during EST time zones.
