- 3+ years of proven experience in managing teams within a heavily process-driven environment, +10 direct reports preferred.

GSS is seeking a Digital Producer Manager to oversee the daily operations of a specialized team responsible for end-to-end digital asset production for Prime Video campaigns. This role involves coordinating with global stakeholders and internal teams (Design, QA, Sourcing) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital units.
The manager will lead and develop a team of Digital Producers, driving performance to meet business goals and ensuring operational excellence in a process-driven environment. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, managing multiple projects, and developing processes from scratch, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach. Strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and experience in handling complexity and ambiguity are essential.
Key job responsibilities
- Communicate GSS vision, direction, and culture to a team of L4 Digital Producers while overseeing the management of both individual and team performance expectations and goals.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the team/individuals through 1:1s and team meetings.
- Encourage and drive innovation for the team on continuous basis, working closely with support function teams within GSS.
- Closely monitor team capacity, workload and performance/business metrics.
- Identify the business impact of trends and manage escalations. Analyzes data, gaps, and report key metrics.
- Escalate problems or variances in data to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis and collaborate in the creation of COEs based on the deviation, problem, root cause, and solutions and provide this to GSS Account Delivery Managers for stakeholder communication.
