Your Role
The Admin US team is responsible for opening customs declarations for our KN customers to give visibility of the imported goods.
Your Responsibilities
+ Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
The schedule we offer:
Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) 100% on-site
Your Skills and Experiences
+ High school diploma.
+ Intermediate/Advanced English level – written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (25wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Team Player.
