Your Role

Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.

Your Responsibilities

+ Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.
+ Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls, or internet tracking.
+ Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.
+ Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.
+ Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.
+ When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.
+ Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.
+ Daily communication with KN Colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.

The schedule we offer:
Tuesday to Saturday 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Off Sunday and Monday) Training on-site, WFH.

Your Skills and Experiences

+ High school diploma.
+ Advance English level – written and oral.
+ Inbound and outbound calling experience is preferred.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Ability to work with demanding deadlines.
+ Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Detail oriented.
+ Effective communicator.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Eager to challenges and learn a new process.
+ Schedule flexibility.
