Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Help develop DEI strategies and programs.
Conduct research to identify DEI trends and best practices.
Develop the effectiveness of DEI learning programs across the organization.
Project manage global strategic programs spanning multiple departments including establishing and managing project meetings, developing project schedule, determining deliverables, establishing timelines, removing roadblocks as needed, managing budgets and creating routine project updates for Sr. Leaders.
Provide support for employee resource groups (ERGs) including the global Share Point community.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate DEI principles into practices.
Monitor and report on the progress of DEI programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years project management experience
1+ years of experience in DEI, HR, or a related field.
Experience with DEI principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
And other relevant software.
