- This is a Back-office position
- Transcribing and annotating high priority deliverables
- Translating established guidelines into daily work practices and processing data in order of priority
- Delivering high quality on deadlines
- Experience working with speech or language data, including experience with annotation is considered a plus!
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma is requiredPreferred Skills:
- Language skills: B2 English proficiency and B2 Portuguese proficiency
- 1+ years back office, or customer service experience in multinational organizations.
- Customer centric focus
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy policies
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
