About the role:
As a Data Quality Specialist, you will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM data, which will directly affect our sales and marketing success. We ask that you have a detailed approach to reviewing, and verifying data, ensuring it is free of discrepancies.
A day in this role:
- Participate in and support targeted data-cleaning projects to align with strategic marketing and sales efforts
- Conduct data quality checks and identify any discrepancies or anomalies in account information in our CRM
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve data issues
- Build data cleansing projects to improve the integrity of account information including merging duplicates, updating errors or missing information, and establishing connections with parent accounts.
- Create new and updated existing contact information into our CRM system, supporting sales and marketing outreach
- Making recommendations for improvement and measuring results of efforts
The expertise requested:
- 1 year experience with data entry
- Experience with Sales Force.com or other CRMs
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Teams, Outlook, Power Point
