What is the Job?
As a Call Center Agent you will:

Professionally respond to all customer requests received by phone or email, accurately in a timely fashion, inbound and/or outbound, as required
Provide customers with information about their products and/or services
Collections - negotiate payment terms and arrangements, where applicable
Update customer files with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines are followed
Problem solve to find the best solution for each customer

About You

English Proficiency of CFER B2 / 85% or better
Successful completion of high school education is preferred
Enjoy talking to people on the phone, and have excellent listening and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to connect with customers with empathy and offer helpful solutions
Passionate for helping others
A desire to grow and drive your career forward
