Overview:
Your Primary Responsibility is to cold call business owners and create interest in our accounting and tax-related services. Your role is vital in reaching out to potential clients, identifying their current bookkeeping and tax needs, and introducing them to our services, focusing on the unique taxation habits of individuals and businesses in the United States. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of client acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce them to our accounting and tax services. Build rapport with prospects by understanding their taxation concerns and answering initial questions. It is crucial to be able to establish valuable conversation and build trust.

Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings for senior sales representatives with interested clients to discuss our services further. After identifying a need, collect RELEVANT details about the client's interest to have the meeting which will be used to tailored our services.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities using Zoho CRM software.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer responses and optimize call strategies.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospects who have shown interest but have yet to commit, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly cold calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:

High school or equivalent certification with a minimum of two years of College

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in American English ( Both Written and Verbal)

Experience: At least two years experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, preferably in the financial or taxation industry.

CRM Experience: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems for tracking leads and follow-up activities.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport over the phone and engage with various clients.
