Manage the migration of accounts from Rev.Io to the Vii BE billing system (our own billing engine).
Ensure the accuracy of migrated services by cross-referencing data with the Netsapiens portal.
Reach out to customers via phone and email to inform them about the upcoming changes to the billing system and explain how their bills will change and address any questions or concerns.
Identify customers without valid contracts and collaborate with the Client Success team to draft and finalize new contracts for these customers.
Audit accounts to confirm all services in use are being billed correctly.
Identify and correct any discrepancies to prevent billing errors.
Work closely with the Client Success, Support, and Development teams to ensure the smooth execution of the migration process.
Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the migration and customer communications.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or client success roles is a plus.
Familiarity with the Netsapiens portal or similar systems is a plus.
Previous experience in an admin role is a plus.
