Job Description Job description You will oversee billing processes and manage teams within a global organization. Experienced establishing efficient billing cycles and developing processes that enhance operational performance. Experienced in building relationships with clients and company partners, ensuring issue resolution. Monitor billing activities and collaborates with teams to align with organizational financial goals. You will provide strategic leadership and bring experience in billing system implementation projects or mergers and acquisitions to lead operational success. Reports to the Senior Billing Manager. Responsibilities:
Oversee the billing process for multiple regions, including North America and Spanish Latam.
Lead a team of supervisors and billing administrators, promoting a high-quality culture.
Represent the billing department in meetings, driving agendas that impact billing practices.
Build relationships with clients and senior partners to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to align billing operations with financial goals and reporting requirements.
Partner with Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Finance Automation (GFA) groups to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing high-volume billing portfolios with 3+ years in a manager role.
Experience supporting billing transformation projects including billing systems and ERP system implementation as an ideal.
Advanced English level is required due to the nature of the job, which may involve communications and writing documentation in English.
ERP/CRM systems experience; SAP or Oracle & Salesforce experience.
Technology skills, including MS Office Suite, and an ability to use technology in work processes such as Gen AI or RPA.
