Job Title: Virtual Nurse Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: Remote (Managing 1 Clinic Location)
Schedule:

Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern time
Days Off: Fridays and Sundays

Compensation: $750 per month
Job Description: We are seeking a Virtual Nurse Manager to oversee and manage a clinic location remotely. You will be responsible for helping the office manage the full cycle of patient care, ensuring that all patient needs, from new intakes to follow-up visits, are met.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a strong nursing background, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Follow-Up Care: Ensure patients receive appropriate follow-up care.
Preoperative & Postoperative Care: Assist in managing pre-op and post-op processes, ensuring patients are well-prepared and receive proper aftercare.
Medication Adherence: Monitor and ensure patients are adhering to their prescribed medication regimens.
Patient Reviews: Gather patient feedback and reviews to improve service quality.

Requirements:

Nursing graduate or registered nurse (RN)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Experience in patient care management
Ability to work remotely and efficiently manage a clinic location
