- Maintain and develop our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- Implement customizations and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and automation-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Stay current with the latest CRM and automation technologies and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in CRM maintenance and development (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong background in systems, software, and application development.
- Expertise in systems automation principles and implementation.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
