IBI Healthcare Institute is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and U.S. labor laws, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple functions in a fast-paced, remote work environment. This role will require cross-training between HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across these departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP systems.
Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with U.S. labor laws and regulations.
Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Support payroll administration, including timesheet review, tax filings, and benefit deductions.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Create and update reports using Google Sheets and Excel as needed for HR metrics and payroll.

Qualifications:

Strong HR and Talent Acquisition experience, with proven ability to manage recruitment processes.
Proficiency in ADP and knowledge of payroll systems.
In-depth understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Google Sheets and Excel is a plus.
