Medical Coder and Biller
Medical Coder and Biller ( Fully Remote job)
Responsibilities:
( On-Job Training will be provided)
-Accurately code diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD and CPT codes.
-Submit and process medical claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims
-Review medical records and ensure proper documentation for billing
-Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies
-Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
Requirements:
-Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and terminology (preferred)
-Experience with billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) (preferred)
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
