Remote Medical Scribe/Assistant for US based company
**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time.
**Duties:** - Accurately and efficiently document patient information, medical history, and vitals during medical exams. - Assist healthcare providers with charting, coding, and completing medical records. - Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and clinic protocols. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
This is for a primary care office. Seeing patients with internal medicine, outpatient, geriatrics, pediatrics etc. - Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and coding procedures. - Ability to comprehend complex medical information quickly. - Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment like a Level II Trauma Center is advantageous. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare in a clinical setting.
Candidates must be bilingual. You will working remotely for US based office at a call center in Cali.
