As a Customer Service Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered over by a customer.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Provide superior customer service to customers and carriers.
Qualify and set up carriers properly in the TMS.
Review and update carriers' status that are suspended in the TMS.
Monitor and execute assigned KPIs weekly.
Provide the manager with updates and help come up with a plan of action to solve any situation for continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered.
Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in logistics related.
Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1.

Perks:

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm., following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite contract + benefits.
Location: Only for Barranquilla. This position will be On-site at We Work..
Salary: $3.000.000 COP + Commission up to 50 USD for goal acomplishment
