SALARY: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

ELIGIBILITY LIST: This competition may be used to establish a 6 month eligibility list of qualified candidates for future vacancies.
DUTIES
Reporting to the Manager, Career Services, the successful candidate will support students, staff, faculty, industry partners, and the delivery of the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and Career Services programs. This role involves collaborating to maintain, support, and promote these programs, ensuring success for all stakeholders. This role will handle communication and information tasks by addressing inquiries, managing department emails, retrieving necessary information, and preparing correspondence. Additionally, they will attend meetings, take minutes, and manage meeting logistics. Administrative and logistical duties include developing and documenting processes, scheduling activities, managing office supplies, submitting resource requests, supporting staff onboarding, and assisting in event planning. This role will also support HR and financial processes, such as HRIS administration, expense claims, and project funding transactions. They will maintain up-to-date department information, revise workshop materials, and conduct environmental scans. The position will also prepare and distribute promotional materials, organize and host events, and support direct marketing efforts. This role will also assist in monthly and annual reporting on department initiatives and statistics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Post-secondary education in Office Administration or Business Administration/Management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience supporting the delivery of programs and services

Experience providing customer service to a multi-cultural and multi-needs customer base

Experience working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail is required, while meeting deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a post-secondary setting, including having pursued or completed post-secondary education
