What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background – Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
- Experience – At least 2 years of experience in multi-disciplinary construction project administration is required. Experience managing architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural projects is preferred.
- Certifications – Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills – Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Auto CAD).
- Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams and external partners.
- Analytical Skills – Strong ability to address contractual disputes and manage project risks.
What You’ll Do:

- Manage Project Administration – Prepare and manage tender call documents and construction contracts, ensuring timely completion and accuracy across all administrative processes.
- Coordinate Costs and Budgets – Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates for project budgets and changes, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency, estimating and material take offs.
- Resource and Schedule Coordination – Monitor project schedules and ensure necessary resources, such as documentation and subcontractors, are available to keep projects on track.
- Maintenance and Contracts Management – Set up and administer maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring all contract requirements are met.
- Track and Report Progress – Generate regular status reports on project timelines, budgets, and risks to keep stakeholders updated and aligned.
