We are hiring an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our construction partners, where by we are overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, sourcing and final steps before a full official offer will be made by that partner. Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Oversee the procurement of materials and labor, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to review project blueprints and technical drawings.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are meeting deadlines and safety standards.
Manage and lead project teams, fostering clear communication and problem-solving.
Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, addressing progress, risks, and any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Manage project budgets and track project expenses to prevent cost overruns.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
