Focusing on new inventory, this role directs their time, attention and effort in such a manner as to ensure the dealership meets its unit and gross objectives. Colaborating with the used Sales Manager and reporting directly to the General Manager, lead a team of sales staff to success by sharing your knowledge, ensuring proper training, and continuous coaching. Through proper planning, coordination, and execution you can help the team be victorious! We are looking for someone with:
2-5 years management experience, with automotive industry experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
8+ years experience in a competitive, high value sales positions.
High drive to see their team succeed and passion for exceptional customer experiences.
Demonstrated self-starter to take initiative and solve problems.
Proven organizational and time management skills who thrives in fast-paced environments that encourages adaptability.
Strong verbal and written communication paired with interpersonal skills that build and maintain positive relationships.
