Job Summary
The Team
As part of the Program Review Team, you’ll work with an established team that ensures programs at private training institutions meet important standards to protect students. The team includes a Program Manager, 4 Program Review Officers, and 2 Program Application Coordinators. You'll also collaborate with the Registrar and the Administrator of Certification in the review of proposed programs for prospective institutions.

The Role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of reviewing and assessing applications for new and existing training programs and location applications from certified career-training institutions. Your work ensures that the programs meet quality education standards, helping students receive the best possible training for their future careers. This position is a fantastic chance to dive into diverse programs and make a real difference by protecting students and guiding them toward successful, fulfilling careers.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12 graduation or equivalent GED and a minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience.
  • Experience providing client service in a high pressure, adversarial environment.
  • Experience applying legislation and regulations.


Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Experience in an educational administrative environment or working within an environment that regulates/monitors educational institutions.
  • Three (3) years or more of administrative experience.

About this Position:
This is a temporary opportunity until 09/19/2025. This position may be extended or become permanent.
Remote work is allowed, this position can work up to full time from their home in British Columbia subject to an approved telework agreement. The locations listed above are to assist applicants in searching for this opportunity and are not a complete list of locations.
