We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Duties

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions effectively.
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and service.

Skills

• Experience in the hotel or food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
• Previous experience in food handling or bartending is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others.
