Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Weekends Only)
Location: Abbotsford

Schedule: (Saturday & Sunday 7:00am – 11:00am)
Pro Safe First Aid Training School has been providing first aid training since 1999. Our main campus is located in Surrey, BC and most recently, we have opened new campuses in Richmond and Port Coquitlam. While Pro Safe is known for delivering First Aid training courses, we also offer classes in health and safety, mobile equipment operation, workplace safety and customer service.
As Pro Safe continues to expand we are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be based out of our Abbotsford location.
Job Duties
§ Campus Key Holder
§ Preparing and maintaining classrooms
§ Maintaining campus cleanliness
§ Greeting students and administering health checks
§ Managing campus supplies and equipment
§ Assisting instructors as needed
§ Answering phone calls and assisting inquiries
§ Data Entry
Candidates Must Have
§ Strong customer service skills
§ Good oral and written English ability
§ Excellent attention to detail
§ Good organization skills
§ Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
§ A second language
§ First Aid Experience and certification
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
• receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
