We are a new dental clinic seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling
Handle phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain patient records and process payments
Assist with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Previous experience in dental or medical hospitals
Previous experience in medical insurance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From BD250.000 per month
Experience:
