we are looking for Bahraini Receptionist 1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to concerned staff. 2. Greet, assist and direct visitors, customers and prospects. And, answers all incoming calls. 3. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. 4. Deal with queries from the public and customers. 5. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization. 6. Open and date stamp of all general correspondence and mails. 7. Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times. 8. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email. 9. Entry of vouchers, generating reports, monitoring access card system of the employees & visitors. 11. Provide reports, as required, for management. 12. Maintain personal knowledge of all vehicles and organization. 13. Carry out instructions given by the management. 14. Maintaining the employees attendance / leave record etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to BD500.000 per month
