Maintains office records and performs clerical functions e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, filing, data entry, calculating, verifying, etc. as per the instruction of manager.
Maintains a variety of employment files and records, (e.g. applicants, test scores, highly qualified, job descriptions, etc.) for the purpose of compiling relevant employee information and ensuring accuracy of employee's records,
Supports in all administrative work as assigned by HR manager and updating all assigned work in the system.
Provide induction training for the new joiners about the organization, top management, company’s’ policies and his/her job responsibility.
Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
Arranging for the flight tickets of the employees.
Arranging for the loan formalities of the employees.
Performing end of service formality for the employees on resignation or termination cases.
Performing RP renewal formalities.
assist in the recruitment process.
