This role involves preparing lease agreements, marketing and renting vacant units, managing maintenance and cleaning, managing facilities, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance and tenant relations.
Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals.
Advertise and market vacant units to attract potential tenants.
Screen and qualify rental applications.
Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection and budgeting.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with property regulations and policies.
