BENEFITS - The job is *SALARY BASED* with attractive commission structure based on the performance. - Visa will be provided. - Mobile Allowance The Ideal Candidate will have the following responsibilities: - Listing of available properties for sale or rent on the various companies' platforms, i.e.: property websites and social media platforms. - Promotion of properties through advertisements and listing services. - Consulting with clients to identify their needs and requirements. - Providing guidance and assistance to interested buyers, sellers and tenants. - Assisting clients in negotiation, pricing, mortgage processes, legal requirements, and all other related matters, whilst ensuring fair and honest dealings. - Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements and other related documentations) - Maintain and update an extensive database of all property listings for sale or rent. - Conducts background checks on prospective tenants. - Offers suggestions to marketing departments on ways to effectively promote and advertise properties. - Travels around to various properties to perform inspections or show properties to potential clients. - Drives prospective customers to and from various leasing sites throughout the community. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSES THE FOLLOWING:
- The ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Manages time well and is an effective multi-tasker.
- Has exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Has excellent problem solving skills.
