Performs all duties in accordance with the Business Unit’s Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
Counts money in the cash drawers at the beginning of each shift to ensure that the amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Any discrepancy to be brought to the SBU’s Assistant Manager.
Responsible for the cash-up at the end of each shift.
Balances cashiers with all relevant reports.
Ensures his working environment is clean and tidy in line with the Company’s Health and Safety Guidelines.
Assists the Supervisor, Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining the SBU’s standards of cleanliness or problems in the surroundings, (e.g. floor cleanliness, messy tables/service stations.
Listens to our customers, it’s the first step to providing a great experience and we love how passionate our customers are about our brand.
Marks prices on the displayed products and places in the Display Cabinet.
Takes guests’ orders at the counter for the displayed products.
