To provide support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
Researching and organizing data to represent the CEO.
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
Going through the incoming documents (memos, invoices) and redistributing them.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings..
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Provide general administrative support.
Minimum Requirements: Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
