Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
Review financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Analyse financial data to provide strategic insights to management.
Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve set objectives.
Provide training and necessary support to team members.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial and business alignment.
Provide financial support to departments through accurate financial advice.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and laws.
Manage internal and external audit processes.
Participate in the annual budget preparation and cost estimation.
Monitor actual performance against the budget and analyze variances.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with team management experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
