This position is open for Bahraini Nationals only. Responsibilities:
Arranging & coordinating Employees’ Medical Insurance and maintaining an updated Medical Insurance report & records in coordination with Head Office
Arranging for all joining formalities for new joiners as per the Employment Check List.
Preparing memorandums to Finance Department for payments related to the employee’s benefits, expenses, payroll & deductions.
Carrying out placement procedures as per Company policy
Ensuring to prepare all the Exit formalities for the resigned/terminated employees including (Handover, Clearance form, Exit Interview, Final settlement, Bank Letter etc.) in line with Company Policy.
Following up and coordinating for all Administration Support Services pertaining to Ministry of Labor, Immigration, CPR, Embassies etc.
Input all information into the system, including new starters’ information, status of contracts, increment, work visa expiry, CPR expiry, and all other personal information’s and update them from time to time.
Input employee information into E-portal, Time Attendance System & update as and when required.
Receiving walk in job seekers in an appropriate manner.
Supporting & assisting the Government Clearance in arranging visit visas for employees relative or visitors within the company.
Following up with Line Managers for any conflict/grievances with their staff.
Assisting in other HR related tasks when required.
To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Reviewing survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings.
Evaluating the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction.
Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods.
Coordinate with training team to provide training to employees on topics such as conflict resolution skills, time management techniques, and stress reduction techniques etc.
