Admin Coordinator

Job description:
  • Ensure proper documents are supplied by agents/consignees for job files and shipping data recording.
  • Enter information into the local system within set timeframes
  • Dispatcher cargo arrival notifications to customers within set time frames.
  • Verify supplier invoices and pass to Accounts for remittance.
  • Update customer service team about clearance status and any issues.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and co-loaders for timely updates.
  • Coordinate with clerk and notify principal and consignee of discrepancies.
Requirement:
  • Excellent Communication skills Hindi and English.
  • Good computer skills and time management skills.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
