Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Bahraini candidates to join our esteemed team as Trainers (Accountant). You will play a crucial role in delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of accounting trainees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on accounting principles, practices, and software.
• Assess the training needs of accounting trainees and design tailored training solutions.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance accounting skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices to provide relevant training content.
• Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain training records and track progress of participants.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and instructional guides.

Requirements:

• Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting and training or teaching roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to the professional development of others.
