Job Description
We believe that our associates are our greatest asset and we are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Talent & Culture to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support corporate goals
- Lead and develop the T&C team
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Foster a positive and inclusive corporate culture Design and optimize recruitment processes
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
- Advise management on all T&C-related matters
- Oversee and manage the T&C budget
- Close cooperation with all departments and Head of Departments as well as with the Regional T&C Director
- Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior HR position
- Strategic thinking and the ability to initiate and implement change processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- High social competence and empathy
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
