Your tasks
- As Marketing Director (m/f/d) you will take the lead of the marketing team and ensure a high level of efficiency by guiding and developing the team
- Developing and implementing holistic marketing strategies for online and offline channels is one of your core responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing the areas of SEM, SEO, affiliates, content and CRM in order to align all activities with the company's goals
- You will be responsible for budget planning, monitoring and control to ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- You will identify new growth opportunities and implement them strategically by analyzing the market and the competition.
- Your diverse range of tasks will be rounded off by analyzing KPIs and continuously monitoring the success of marketing measures.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing and in leadership
- Expertise in budget planning and P&L responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and confident handling of KPIs
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Fluent German and English
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
