Service Integrated Communities | Queanbeyan , Hughes

The role:
You will be responsible for coordinating the health, welfare, and social requirements of self-care customers, as well as cultivating and sustaining vibrant, active village communities. You'll also play a key role in facilitating communication between Community Village residents and management, while assisting new residents in smoothly integrating into village life.
In this role, you will work closely with the Village Service Coordinator in Goulburn/ Bundanoon, providing support both onsite and remotely. Additionally, you will liaise with external service providers, assist prospective residents, support transitions between care services, and work with property services to minimise vacancies.
Although you will possess prior experience in a customer centric related role, you will be provided with ongoing training and support that begins with our comprehensive 3 day Onboarding program.
To be successful you will need:
- High level experience in a similar role (lifestyle, community services, social work, consumer advocacy)
- Genuine regard for older persons and an understanding of their needs
- Ability to advocate for customers and ensure an exceptional experience is being delivered during every interaction
- Demonstrated planning & organisational skills
- Current First Aid Certificate
- High level of communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Publisher
- Current NSW/ACT Drivers licence- Travel will be required between Warrigal sites across NSW/ ACT
