Trades Assistant - Shutdowns

WHAT WE OFFER

Casual roles at Bayswater Power Station Major outage in Muswellbrook, NSW with potential for other project/shutdown work
Staggered start dates from mid-September 2024, approximately duration until early November
Monday to Saturday roster – days 7am-6pm & nights 7pm-6am
Pay rate $49.79 p/h - inclusive of base rate, site allowance + 25% casual loading. You will also receive penalties on overtime + project uplift allowance
DIDO project, LAFHA or Accommodation + meal allowance provided to distant workers

Our Industrial and Energy business has opportunities for casual Trades Assistants for upcoming shutdown in Muswellbrook, NSW . You will provide support to Mechanical Tradespeople on planned outage work ensuring work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience as a Trades Assistant for Mechanical trades within a heavy industry or power station environment
Hold an industry White Card, Working at Heights and Advanced Confined Space ticket (3-year validity)
Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks
Capability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectively
Ability to work within a team with well-developed communication skills
Commitment to safety and wellbeing of yourself and your colleagues
