The Performance Analytics & Insights Partner purpose is to ensure the successful delivery of insights and improved performance and reporting to support business decision making. The role will collaborate regularly with senior leaders across operational and functional areas. Key Accountabilities:
Partner with senior leaders, stakeholders and teams:
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making, identifying trends and performance enhancement
to design, maintain and increase effectiveness in the application and monitoring of key business SLAs/OLAs/KPIs
Uplift transparency and visibility of information and business performance including identifying risk and opportunities
Understand business performance, forecasts and key activities to help forecast future capacity and operational needs and recommend actions.
to provide advice and support for data-driven insights (storytelling) to enable informed decision-making that supports business strategic goals and initiatives (incl. financial/ non-financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive performance improvements
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Ensure required data is accurately captured and available to support required reporting and decision making
Support the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives and action plans.
About You
Degree in Finance, or Data Analytics related discipline
Demonstrate strong experience with technology & Analytics tools i.e - Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Tableau (desirable) or Alteryx (desirable)
Strong experience with data analysis, business intelligence, data insights reporting, visual modelling, visual communication and data communication
Demonstrated ability to work in high paced and changing environments
Strong Business Partnering experience
Experience engaging with and influencing stakeholders, to drive successful change management
Critical analysis and reporting skills, high attention to detail, excellent writing skills and experience in managing stakeholder relationships
Strong business acumen with experience of supporting change management initiatives
Highly developed communication skills, with an ability to establish and maintain sound working relationships at all levels and to have effective impact and influence
Excellent organisational, self and priority management skills, including exposure to change management and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs.
