Test Manager

Manage the software testing of an inhouse developed system and associated Test resources within the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit.

This crucial role will provide specialist capability for the designing, planning, and executing the end-to-end test strategy for systems under development, leading quality assurance functions, scheduling testing and writing reports on status, as well as providing expert advice to reduce defects and associated risk management.

Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline.
ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification – CTAL-TM Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management.
Extensive applied experience in test management, execution and reporting at an enterprise program and project level.
Demonstrated experience in managing a team of testers.
Experience ensuring testing activities are completed to agreed quality criteria and that the project is accepted by the business.
Experience in agile and waterfall test management and execution.
