In this role, you'll:
Act as a site representative for Transport for NSW on this transformational significant infrastructure project providing a link between the M7 and new M12 motorway.
Do your part to increase traffic capacity on the M7 and reducing airport travel time for general motorists and freight drivers.
Manage and oversee civil surface and bridge works conducted by our valued industry partners.
Attend daily pre-starts, report on project progress and complete quality / safety / environmental surveillance.
Collaborate with your delivery partners, industry partners and additional internal stakeholders across engineering, environmental, technical, safety & quality to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
Oversee and mentor other Transport for NSW surveillance Officers.

About you
Extensive experience working in construction surveillance as an Inspector or a highly experience Civil Construction Supervisor.
Previous experience on highway/motorway construction projects, or other major infrastructure projects.
Able to engage, negotiate and influence Transport for NSW's valued contractors and partners to ensure project completion safe, on time and to budget.
Looking for work life balance, offering a 38-hour week.
