Support Workers - Experienced - Tweed Heads NSW

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:

Support Worker Positions available for Experienced Applicants
Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $31.74 - $32.56* + 11.5% super *based on experience
Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
Tweed Heads NSW location including surrounding suburbs Tweed Heads, Tweed Heads West, Final Head, Banora Point, Bilambil Heights, Tweed Heads South, Chinderah, Kingscliff & Terranora.
Applicants residing in these Queensland suburbs are welcome to apply! Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Currumbin Waters, Palm Beach & Elanora. (Please note role is based in NSW and NSW Timezones will apply)

Key Requirements:

Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
Must be available 8am to 3pm - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at a minimum
Minimum 12+ months experience &/or a Certificate III in Individual Support required

Your New Role:

Help At Home: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting

Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
Community Services worker
Bachelor of Nursing Students
