The Role:
Are you a dynamic leader ready to make your mark? We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our James Lane Auburn Team. As the leader of our store, you'll oversee all operations, from empowering our staff to achieving sales targets, ensuring our store shines inside and out.
Key Responsibilities

Inspire and Lead: Motivate our retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategies to surpass sales targets.
Store Presentation: Maintain impeccable store presentation through thoughtful merchandising and cleanliness.
Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships to drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
Compliance: Uphold company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or assistant management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends.
Ability to lift and maneuver furniture (up to 20kg) with ease.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
