OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocktaker to enhance our team in Darwin. This role will involve a mix of stocktaking and warehousing duties, with warehousing responsibilities accounting for approximately 50% of the position.

Based on the Darwin RAAF site, on Larrakia land, your role purpose will be:

Analyze and evaluate information to report discrepancies and stocktaking issues
Operating the inventory management system
Reporting of non-compliance
Conducting research and investigations as required, interrogating stock history to complete investigations
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members within the logistic services business
Contribute to Operations Group activities and undertake small projects as required

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Excellent attention to detail with very good numeric, oral and written communication skills
Broad knowledge and experience in stocktaking and warehouse processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience within the defence and/or warehousing environment would be highly advantageous
