We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Sales, Customer Service & Admin Officer to join our team in Queanbeyan. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to customer service, sales support, and administrative tasks, all while being part of a purpose-driven business making a real impact. Key responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and occasional face-to-face enquiries.
Process sales orders and coordinate freight logistics.
Distribute documentation for incoming and outgoing orders, shipments, and products.
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales and warehouse teams.
Support the bookkeeper with routine bookkeeping tasks.
If time permits, seek out and reach out to potential new customers to grow our customer base.
Occasionally assist the warehouse by packing customer orders (up to 20kg).
This is an in-office role (no remote work), and applicants must reside in the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.
Skills and experience required:
At least one year of experience in customer service, office administration, or sales administration, or a qualification in business administration. (Ideal for someone with admin, retail or hospitality experience)
Excellent and confident communication skills, with clear spoken English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A problem-solving mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage but not essential.

A part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week) with flexible hours across 5 days (minimum 4 days, with Monday being required due to weekly team meetings).
