NEATA GLASS & ALUMINIUM RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION CLERK An opportunity has arisen with Neata Glass and Aluminium for a Full Time Receptionist/Administration Clerk. As the first point of contact, you will be required to handle customer enquiries so must have a pleasant & professional manner and enjoy dealing with the public. We are seeking a bright, energetic person who is self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and capable of working under pressure. It would be preferred if the successful applicant had knowledge of the Microsoft package and accounting software MYOB with a willingness to learn. Knowledge is Preferable but not Essential This is an interesting and varied position involving the following duties: · Answering the Telephone · Emails · Perform all administrative duties & filing. · Processing cash sale and debtor payments · Receiving and Processing quotes and work orders · Filing and General office duties · Understanding of basic bookkeeping · Processing employee time sheets · Proficiency in Microsoft Programs & the addition of MYOB This is a 38-hour week salaried position with excellent working conditions and an attractive salary for the right person.
